We have been admirers of Natalie’s for such a long time and these cookies did not disappoint. They were so light and fluffy and delicious. And the pecans are a perfect touch.

Chocolate Pumpkin Bundt Cake with Lemon Glaze Icing
Bundt cakes are so comforting, and this pumpkin chocolate one is perfect for the coming autumn. It’s a perfect blend of spices and chocolate richness. We made the icing up from confectioner’s sugar, almond milk, and a few splashes of lemon extract. Delish!
Another delicious dish from Herbivore— this was sooo delicious. Savory vegan crepes filled with spinach, tofu, cheeze, mushroom, onions, artichoke hearts and capers with a side of house potatoes, loaded with a bucketful of fresh basil pesto. We weren’t sure how good this would be based on how it looks— but it was ah-ma-ZING!
